Tracker Description

- Maybe the best HD tracker in the torrenting world

- It's rare that you will find invites for HDB, these guys keep a very low profile

- Browse audiobooks, documentaries, demos, movies, music, sports, TV and XXX. Advanced search gives you the option to browse for different codecs, languages, upload origin and even IMDB ratings.

- Maintaining a ratio isn't overly hard but it does take work. Don't download porn thinking this will boost your ratio, it won't. These torrents are neutral download meaning nothing is counted towards your stats and really they are a waste of precious space. Make good use of the top pinned torrents as these do not count towards your download.. be sure to have completed the torrents before they are removed. Once removed from freeleech they begin to credit your account and ruin your ratio - yeah I learnt the hard way :P

- If you are going away for a holiday, work etc it is best you park your account. If you are one of those people who occasionally sign in to keep their accounts active, stop right now. All members are expected to be actively downloading and seeding to keep their accounts active or it is bye bye. File sizes must be larger than 1gb or it doesn't count.

- Inactivity Rules:

Upscale - Disabled within four weeks.

- Unparked - 6 months of inactivity - disabled
12 months of inactivity - deleted

- Parked - 1 year of inactivity - disabled
2 years of inactivity - deleted

- VIP + Above - Exempt

- Similar to other HD trackers members are required to use the offers section if they wish to upload but do not yet meet the requirements. Again, 15 votes are required for the offer to be approved and uploaded. Most, if not all, are approved.

- Site stats show HDB has 18,020 registered members and 258, 904 torrents (sorry screens came out blurry).

- Sharing seedboxes is allowed, just be sure to not download the same torrent as your friend to avoid auto disabling of a shared IP etc etc. Downloads via seedbox are only counted as 50% upload and this is to prevent 'ratio whoring'.

The anwer a question a received in private message on Why HDBits is overrated?

HDBits was the ultimate tracker for so many years with the image of a such perfect tracker but the truth is it has lots of unseeded torrents,if you are in the mood for an old movie for sure is not there .Lots of xxx onlyfans rips on the homepage while for someone who just wants to watch movies and series in good quality any general tracker allows you to find pretty much anything you want.*I have seen new users being so*disappointed*after they joined ,keep in mind that anything can be overrated if you don't have a need for it.

Why i said that about Flelist?
Besides the fact that Filelist have their own internal team which is internal on HDBits as well they upload and exclusive encodes from HDBits.

:congrats: yep ^. They're also incredibly ban happy. I barely ever use it due to ratio requirements and the releases being on so many other decent PTs and Usenet Indexers. Worth noting nzbs.in recruits from there but, Engine9 is a pain to deal with and has close ties with cabal (specifically BTN). If you get banned on PTP, BTN, HDB or .IN expect a ban on the other sites. Also the hype around Full Disc releases is nonsense. MT, CHD, PTer and TTG cover that way better and with better retention. HDB is a shell of what it used to be and I'd guess that's one of the reasons they're currently recruiting.

Im on HDB and i can say that i'm dissapointed.I thought that HDB is wow when i first heard of it and when people saying hdb this hdb that,it is hard to join bla bla bla.

Internals have download 20-30,BD max 10, Fl 50+,no it is not soo good.Like @bucknaked said,so many dead torrents.

For me,the best torrent site current is FileList.You can find everything there.

PTP movies
And thats it.

HDB overrated so much.Also,if you grab something 1st maybe you will upload 1-2ratio.But it is gambling.You don't know how many users will take that file.And like on ptp it is a little delay for showing seeders\leechers.

Hello @bucknaked.Hello. Are the debut bands Don, Hidt, EbP, Esir and Eureka, whose rips I haven't seen much these days, available on this site?Especially the versions of the Hidt and Esir groups have become quite rare.

Don,EbP,SbR ,NTb are still active. Hidt encodes are more active on Filelist.

While the encoding of Esir group are rarely seen, the Eureka group is no longer seen much.Do you know about these groups?

As far as I remember, Eureka used to upload
at Awesome-HD, after it was closed, they started uploading to HD-Torrents. Now I haven't seen their releases.EsiR usually release their content to HDB.
