H&R rule for HDspace is =>Hit and run on new torrents is not allowed. If you download a torrent when it is less than 24 hours old AND has less than 15 seeders, you must seed it for at least 24 consecutive hours immediately after completing the torrent.
DL & ratio rule ==> Users with a ratio below .40 & who downloaded more than 20GB will be warned to correct their ratio. If they don't fix their ratio after 2 weeks they will be automatically demoted to leecher and the only way to get you account back will be via donation.

My honest opinion with this tracker after using it for more than 2 months now. It's noticeably very difficult to increase ratio because the freeleech torrents (mostly 3 torrents) available for maybe once a week. Other torrents available from different trackers, it will marked as Half Leech (If it's a big file). The best thing is that you only need to seed for 2 days compared to other trackers. The pre times is quite late. Other trackers already upload the torrent early before HD-Space uploaded the same.

Never understood all the fuss about trackers having fast pre-times.

Pre-times might be important if you are using seedbox, in that case you would want to download from site that got release first and then cross-seeding it to the rest of trackers you are member of and in that way increase your ratio across multiple trackers. HD-Space is not a tracker to join for pretimes. About ratio , they don't have lots of leechers on torrents , to keep a good ratio , download all the freeleech available , keep them at seed to earn bonus points and then exchange to GB upload.
