Maintaining ratio is quite easy since the lowest accepted ratio is 0.60 and there are many freeleech torrents and also site-wide freeleech events. FunkyTorrents has 5,800 active users and there is a 35,000 user limit. Inactive users will be removed in 30 days.
I do not recommend this tracker simply because there are many better sites in its category. But you can join freely as the registration is open now.
