Rules for Hit and Run

Ratio per torrent minimum should be at least 1.0
(if you have downloaded 1 GB must stay seeding to do 1GB upload).
To not be considered Hit and Run must have a total of 72 hours in seed cumulative maximum seven days
Only if you have the torrent ratio above 1.0 then this rule is ignored and you can remove from seed
Moral obligation of the site is to stay at seed the first 3 hours after download otherwise you risk Warn
