Finvip is a good Finnish general tracker. Even if you do not know Finnish language then open the tracker in Google Chrome. Most of the new torrents on FinVip have quite a few seeders, so speeds is kind of OK. Older torrents might have slow speed. There IRC is much active then their forums. It has a small user base.
