I know this tracker for many years and while there is no freeleech, maintaining ration is not to hard in 3 ways:
1) older torrents are constantly being downloaded so using material you have or getting torrents from elsewhere and seeding them here will get you ratio. Unlike in other e-learning sites you can see when people last downloaded.
2) obviously seeding recent downloaded torrents
3) Elbitz is very strong in offering E-learning material you dont find on other trackers. You can still seed here still a lot of material.

The site knows many users that maintain a bare 1:1 ration but with huge down and upload....

If E-learning is your interest, since Elbitz is easy to ge into it, you should definitely register when its open or get an invite.
