Bookys.net is an all new French eBooks tracker. Bookys is a ratio based, non-fiction private eBook tracker. At Bookys you will find magazines, comics and more. Site has freeleech based torrents so maintaining a ratio is easy. Site runs on TBdev and has a nice twitter like feel to it, very nice. Site has a bonus system which can not be used quite yet but looks to be in development.
