It is with great pleasure that we announce the return of YggTorrent!

First of all, we would like to thank the previous administration, especially for the collaboration over the past ten days. This allowed us to take note of the latest work in progress in terms of development, the latter aiming at the completion of a second version of the site.

We have studied the different development possibilities, taking into account, among other things, the number of visits observed on the site for some time.

Thanks to the work that has been provided to us we will be able to upgrade the site in a more adequate version. The few days we were allocated allowed us to make changes to the old development base that we were able to take over. A new version synonymous with collaboration and evolution!

From Monday, April 2, 2018, at noon French time, we will find you with a site completely transformed in terms of features and design.


Thus, we are able to present you these few points:

A responsive interface;
The registration of the accounts on the site will be done by a verification and a validation of the email address as well as the IP;
Anti-cheat system;
The number of accounts allowed per user is now two;
A search engine infinitely more powerful;
A system for reporting users, torrents and comments;
Integration of RSS feeds with automatic download;
Daily, weekly and monthly torrents;
The rights to edit and delete comments;
The upcoming integration of the on-site forum;
Safeguarding personal searches;
Download history;
The possibility of setting up your user account.


The current transition will not change the terms of use of your user account, passkeys, or ratio. Backward compatibility is expected when transitioning the tracker names from jack.yggtorrent.com to tracker.ygg.is

We do not intend to stop at these developments but rather aim to get closer to perfection in the coming months.
