Re-Encode Upload Rules!

Over the past few months we have seen more and more re-encodes being uploaded by members. This means that someone downloads a file from XWT, encodes it using a different codec or resolution and re-uploads it. This has resulted in the site being flooded with far too many versions of one show.

Therefore we have updated our rules page, and re-encodes will now be removed unless these rules are followed:

- Re-encodes are allowed to be uploaded if the only other version of a show on XWT is in HD (1080i/720p).
- We will only allow a maximum of ONE re-encode to be uploaded. Any other re-encode releases uploaded afterwards for that specific show will be deleted.
- Any member who continues to upload re-encodes, while not following these rules will have their upload rights removed.
