"For those that weren't aware, CG has been in a little dispute with a member. When their newer main account was (probably temporarily) disabled for continuing to argue with staff in a C&E thread, they started whipping up whatever friends they still had, as well as using several of their other puppet accounts to harass the site. After the puppets (and accounts acting like puppets) started getting disabled, they or a more tech-savvy friend started using Denial of Service attacks on various staff and users they had issue with whenever they would join IRC. When that didn't give them the result they wanted, they started actual DDoS attacks on either CG or IRC (which are on the same IP). Our host effectively disconnects the IP being attacked from the Internet for a few hours whenever that happens.

So basically, you can find CG up at various times, but as long as Ugchi's nerdrage hasn't abated and someone still has money to pay for the botnet to attack, CG will disappear again whenever someone notices and "pushes the attack button"

Why Lie to your site userbase in regard to the actual reason for downtime? Why does your Admin read the private messages of your userbase and post personal conversations into irc? Why dont you get a better server than your present russian budget one? Why dont you just eat humble pie and follow the requests that your staff members deleted from the general forum.

My Dear CG Staff.
Your Admin {hostyle} read the messages between a female CG user and a Justice Friend, these were then posted into IRC. The result being the Justice Friend Left the site. And the female user had already been Banned. - Only a douchebag would do this. As too the "puppet accounts" these were accounts targeted by the admin as they had disagreed with the admin and staff in regard to the banning of a user. IE they stuck up for him. The claim was then made that the banned accounts were linked to the same user. This is untrue, A CG mod "Spockears" 173.27.251.xxx then went a delete spree and removed all the banned users torrents from the site - in revenge that he was being dos'd - this again had no evidence. CG staff are under the impression that they can do what they want, in regard to the reading of personal messages, ban users without evidence, and mass delete torrents due to petty revenge.
Our demands are simple:
Ban Stasi. Ban Spockears Re-enable those banned for not agreeing with the MODS. Re-enable Thr33.
As to the 20% discount, cancel that we heard the B&B had rats
Final warning. Next post will be Staff IP's & Home Address's
After which the site will be flushed down the toilet.

This is crazy, who gave them the right to even try to destroy the best tracker ever! because they banned someone or whatever reason! whomever is doing this DDos should just quit this stupidity and just create a new account and move on!
