We hope you enjoyed the third stress test. By our measure, the recent sitewide music freeleech event was one of the smoothest celebrations What.CD has held, and this is due in no small part to the characteristic generosity of the users. You keep What.CD's heart beating. To ensure that your goodwill keeps you as protected from the elements as it keeps What.CD protected from slowdowns or attacks, we're proud to launch three new apparel items (and one new sticker) in our November 2014 store update: Natural Waveforms.

The latest batch of designs were submitted by three top designers from past launches: neebs, irredentia, and monotoo. monotoo warrants special recognition here, since his fantastic Hexagon 27 shirt launched during the ribbon-cutting ceremony for The What.CD Online Store over two years, eight months ago. Much has changed since then, but those excellent design skills remain in top form. As always, this gear is being launched over at the The What.CD Online Store, and is available for purchase today. Before checking out the new options, here's some obligatory information about the store, gear, and donor points:

  • The What.CD Online Store (TWOS) is operated by Port Merch, a full-service merchandising outlet for many major music artists. This means that your transactions are safe and secure! Thanks, Port Merch.

1 - Music on the Internet Stickers:
When neebs introduced his Music on the Internet design, we knew we had to print it. The community responded with special enthusiasm when we did, and the design has since been featured on a second shirt and a hoodie. Is this a good start? Sure. Is it enough? It's never enough. It's tough to achieve ubiquity without portability, so we're proud to announce that you can now leave a little touch of music on the internet wherever you like. These tough vinyl stickers feature a tri-color design over a red base, and are available in packs of five or ten. Stick on.

2 - "The Perfect 4" No.2 Shirt:
For our second item this month, we asked irredentia to bring back his "The Perfect 4" design in a bold, new color combination. The result is "The Perfect Four" No.2 - a light green print over an olive American Apparel Fine Jersey Short Sleeve T-Shirt - and it achieves our goal of making things pop. Perfection might be unattainable, but you're going to get pretty close once you're proudly wearing the big four.
Limited Edition: Approximately 250 shirts are available.

3 - Natural Waveforms Shirt:
monotoo's designs have a bold, geometric style which we've been missing ever since the originalHexagon 27 design sold out ages ago. The good news: his new Natural Waveforms design brings this aesthetic back in a big way. Carry your sound straight downtown in this sleek ivory design printed over a truffle American Apparel Fine Jersey Short Sleeve T-Shirt. Sounds good on your system, looks even better on your body.
Limited Edition: Approximately 250 shirts are available.

4 - Natural Waveforms Hoodie:
When we launched the Rippy & Scratchy design by gordeezycrunch, we failed to anticipate the community's unbridled passion for hoodies. It took us another update to set things right. Rather than wait to give you what you want this time around, we're going to get out ahead of the demand and launch a gorgeous Natural Waveforms hoodie straight out of the gate. This extra soft, black Bella 3739 Unisex Poly-Cotton Fleece Full-Zip Hoodie features a white, vertically-oriented Natural Waveforms design along the left breast.
Limited Edition: Approximately 150 hoodies are available.
