一、置顶申请规则的修订
最近申请数比较多，对原规则适应变化做了修订。重点如下：
1、每人还是2个。
2、申请数上限调整到12个。
3、申请帖不会锁，允许会员根据情况自行编辑申请。
4、超出12个的申请，会酌情在周中考虑之类的…… [em198]
5、本周日的申请暂不实行。

二、最近很多会员已经发现了，U2会员数量曾一度达到上限。所以对邀请门槛是否要提高、怎么提高，有想法、 有建议的会员可以给管理组发信 [url]u2.dmhy.org/contactstaff.php 讨论。

I don't understand what they mean, does it mean that they seek advice to put conditions or limits on users, when it comes to inviting someone?

@YusukeUramesh i am not really sure too tbh, thats why i set the Translation to "Translation"

but the bottom text which is in english, says what you have in mind i guess, they want to know what "skills" new users should have to apply for an invite.

anyway, could please change the title to u2.dmhy News (its 2u.dmhy news right now)

lol, U2 is likely putting requirements on its member when he wants an invite to send out to his friend and asking what should be the requirements to be qualified for an application invite to U2.
Let's wait to see what U2 is actually doing.
