Everything is still working...amazing, but true fact!!!
I am going to start working through the list of password requests... there are a lot still and they will be done in order of arrival ( if you have just posted then it may be a while to get to you so just be patient).
Please don't leave password requests in the comments of this or any other post...by their very nature they are private so must be dealt with in private messages!...
Please only leave password requests...once you have logged in successfully all further site-related problems are best dealt with by the actual site staff.
If you were a very recent sign-up to the old site please let me know.
Last, but not least......DON'T FORGET YOUR USER NAME!!!!!!!!!

It's weird but they chose this way for helping people resetting their passwords. You can try to talk to staff on IRC. From what I know they were recommending (in their IRC channel) that you contact the TV Chaos UK Facebook page with your username and email address (via PM).

Success! It turns out one just has to get lucky and find a time when the server isn't too busy.

Does anyone know a way of contacting staff at TVC? I am not on facebook and do not have their IRC info.

I tried the reset password instructions on home page and, like person above, I received the Error 500.
