Work is going well...we have found a new home and the tech department are busy getting everything installed and tweaked. Experience has taught us that this is not something that can be done in a rush so please bear with us. We hope to be back to a normal state of chaos within the next few days!
Please do not try to access the site until it is announced...it won't work and repeated attempts could lead to the new system banning IPs!

I tried things out before discovering this update, so attempted to log in twice from https://www.tvchaosuk.com/login. I hope it doesn't have a negative effect, as I was innocently thinking that things were back on their feet to some degree!!

Thank you for keeping us informed!
Using a VPN for the Brit networks i players from Canada is definitely not an alternative to TV Chaos. Thought I might have to re-emigrate to Bojo land for a bit there.
I have a feeling that TVC-UK may have their initial platform up and running by the weekend. Of course, I am sure they will be scrambling to optimise settings and I hope they are given the space to work, before members start hitting them with account queries and programme requests.

They are asking to delete the TVChaosUK Cookie from your system/device and also to be aware that there is a lengthy delay in email notification reaching your inbox. I had a similar issue with another site using the same software and it took until the next day, before receiving notification/account login details.Quote:

This may help to save a lot of people a lot of stress …
"We had to put the site back up to allow the cappers access, strictly speaking it is not really ready for you....please wait for further instructions on how to get in. Everyone's password needs to be changed and there seem to be some teething issues with the reset password function."

I type correct e-mail and get validation error (after cleaning cookie too) so I'll just wait for futher instruction as you said
