Site features and updates

We have been working on adding more features and changes to the site.
We're not yet finished by far and more is yet to come. For now this is what we've done:

Shows Page shows.php it's still in beta
Automatic tagging on the upload page
Codecs added as tags on browse page
Tags on browse page have a separator
Donor badges donate.php
S01E01 episodes automatically set freeleech by system
Tooltipster still in beta
New site favicon
