open staff call

This is for a open-call-out for the need for people who are IRC literate and can be available EU/UK evening times (approx 4pm onwards EST) to help us out in the IRC support channels in the EU/UK evenings to help out members & n00b entrants

Full Training will be given - be great if people could volunteer to help make this site great
