Passage of grades

We are encountering a problem with the automatic passage of rank, especially when you have gone through the VIP rank, sometimes also in other cases.

We cannot verify all accounts manually, so please contact us via https://spidertk.top/contactstaff.php when the account remains in a lower rank than you should have, we will gladly put you the one that comes back to you.

The conditions for passing the grade are in the FAQ, for the record

Confirmed Must have been a member for at least 1 week, have 40,000 Seed points and have a ratio equal to or greater than 1.05. The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met.
Note that you will automatically be downgraded from this status if your ratio drops below 0.95 at any time.
Elite Must be a member for at least 8 weeks, have 80,000 Seed points and have a ratio equal to or greater than 1.55. The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met.
Note that you will automatically be downgraded from this status if your ratio drops below 1.45 at any time.
Crazy Must have been a member for at least 15 weeks, have 150,000 Seed points and have a ratio equal to or greater than 2.05. The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met.
Note that you will automatically be downgraded from this status if your ratio drops below 1.95 at any time.
Déjanté Must have been a member for at least 25 weeks, have 250,000 Seed points and have a ratio equal to or greater than 2.55. The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met.
Note that you will automatically be demoted from this status if your ratio drops below 2.45 at any time
Veteran Must have been a member for at least 40 weeks, have 400,000 Seed points and have a ratio equal to or greater than 3.05. The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met.
Note that you will automatically be downgraded from this status if your ratio drops below 2.95 at any time.
Extreme Must have been a member for at least 60 weeks, have 600,000 Seed Points and have a ratio equal to or greater than 3.55. The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met.
Note that you will automatically be downgraded from this status if your ratio drops below 3.45 at any time.
Ultimate Must be a member for at least 80 weeks, have 800,000 Seed points and have a ratio equal to or greater than 4.05. The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met.
Note that you will automatically be downgraded from this status if your ratio drops below 3.95 at any time.
Spider Master Must be a member for at least 100 weeks, have 1,000,000 Seed Points and have a ratio equal to or greater than 4.55. The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met.
Note that you will automatically be downgraded from this status if your ratio drops below 4.45 at any time.
