On a well known forum, it's been posted that certain part has been going public with links containing parts of Sinderella's database and threatening to expose it all:

We offered to help out Sinderella and beef up their lacking security as long as they didn't close up the site and lock us out, and the first thing they did was close up the site, lock us out, and drop all form of communication with us.
After waiting a while, we contacted them yesterday and told them we were giving them 24 hours to open the site back up or at least resume communication so we could work something out, or else we would start leaking their database piece by piece.
That time is up, so here's the torrents_comments database table of Sinderella. Starting with an unimportant table just to show that we're unfortunately serious about this. Hopefully they open communications back up before we get to anything really sensitive.

So now it's a database leak. Perhaps nothing rather than a database leak. It's sad when it appears to be true.
It's also very dangerous for those uploaders and staff who live in South Korea because they may be sentenced to prison for years!

Alright, whatever. Personally, I thought we were being pretty fair. We discovered a set a very critical security vulnerabilities, brought them to the attention of the staff with the single demand that they let us help them fix their shit because they clearly weren't going to do it right themselves. We weren't planning to leak the database at all until they spit in our faces and locked us out and dropped contact and didn't fix the fucking vulnerabilities. We tried using the leaks to force their hand and make them either fix their shit or let us do it, but it seems like they don't even care that some people have the private information of all of their users and are planning to leak it if they don't do something.

Well the jig is up. We were never going to actually leak any of the sensitive user data, we just didn't expect the S staff to care so little that we'd ever get to this point. We don't want the site to shut down and we don't want anyone fearing that their crazy government is coming after them for porn.
