New Official Stylesheets: RED Light and RED Dark

For some time now, Redacted has supported legacy stylesheets such as Postmod and Kuro. Thanks to the original developers and any other individuals who have contributed to these stylesheets! However, it is time to continue our own story...

Today, we unveil the first iterations of two new official Redacted stylesheets: RED Dark & RED Light! (Thanks, Design Team!)


Try out RED Dark or RED Light by switching stylesheets in your profile settings under Site Appearance Settings.

We Want You! (to test our stylesheets.)

We are holding a public beta to test RED Dark and RED Light with an end goal of seamless user experience. The public beta of these stylesheets is expected to last approximately a month, but may be extended or reduced per Staff discretion.

Please report bugs or provide suggestions to these stylesheets here, but be sure to follow the rules which have been outlined. Keep general discussion of the stylesheets in this thread.

The new default stylesheet is now RED Dark (Beta). After the completion of the beta, Redacted will no longer support any stylesheets except for RED Dark and RED Light, including the current official stylesheets, at that time. At the end of the beta, all users will be force-set to the RED Dark stylesheet. Users using a custom stylesheet will receive a PM containing a link to that stylesheet as well.

After the conclusion of the beta, we will begin to make major changes to the site HTML. Legacy stylesheets may not work with new pages once this process begins. Any community members who wish to maintain and adapt legacy stylesheets to fit our HTML changes are welcome to do so.
