The INterview Team Turns One!

Almost exactly a year ago to this date, a handful of kind, thoughtful, and passionate individuals committed to helping out with the Interview program. The Interview program has been successful to a great degree; interviewing thousands of new members to the wonderful place which we know as Redacted. The Interview program has been known to produce high caliber users who contribute to the site. We are beyond thankful to have individuals volunteer their free time to open the doors of Redacted to new members. After successfully passing the Interview, new members will have a bit of additional knowledge about codecs, formats, mediums, etc. Maybe they will even upload a rare release to the site that someone has been anxious to hear for the first time!

There is no way the Interview process would have been as successful at inception had it not been for What came before. Thank you! The community is forever in your debt for all contributions that have been provided. What.CD's concept of Interviewing new members to a tightly-knit community of others with common interests* will always be special. We will always be excited to welcome new quality members to Redacted! If you are a newer member to the site, please do not be afraid to consult the Rules, Wiki, or to ask a question on IRC!

A special shout out to the titans (also known as past and present Interview Team members) who have contributed not just mere hours -- but days and weeks of their free time to help Redacted grow to share the best thing in the world: music. To those who have retired from the Interview Team, we wish you the best and hope that you spend a little more time on yourself and loved ones! The current Interview Team has an impressive fifteen members who work hard to improve the site every day.
