Autoloader is back

Our long suffering auto bot has been replaced with a differant server running differant software, hopefully that's then end of the hardware issues that plagued us for most of last year thanks to seansyph.

Due to the new autoloader being on 2018 prices , we've managed to squeeze in a 3rd retention box which will be online later today.
This should help peering on torrents stay faster for longer.
