No seed? No problem!

We've seen in the past issues where someone will upload a torrent and never seed. Worry no more! From now on, torrents will be hidden until they have a seeder. Once some seeding has occurred on a torrent, it will not go back to being hidden even if the seeder disappears for awhile.
