PTP: Bottom 250

There have been a few changes on the Top 250 page:

• Added bottom 250
• Your rating is also listed
• This list can be filter by seen status
• The columns are sortable

There was another, unrelated but no so easily discoverable change recently, so I'm mentioning that here too: you can toggle the comparison sides on the screenshot comparisons with the number keys.
