Yes, that's the one. Be careful not to paste your token in any channel, a Staff member will ask you to send it via a private message. Also, If you can't see anyone else online, then you're in the wrong channel and noone is going to get back to you and help you.

I'm not an experienced IRC user and have to use web IRC (I currently use webchat/freenode.web)

I'm having similar issues. Trying to find the recovery channel using Xchat and I don't see anyone there.

I was an Apollo user with good standing and positive ratio. I entered my info on the Orpheus recovery site about 2 weeks ago. Should I have a reply by now?

on their IRC channel an admin checked and deleted my first form I send from the recovery page after noticing I made a typo in my known username. After that I managed to send a new recovery form and received a new token. I pm-ed my token to the same admin on IRC and received my invite link within a minute and finally made it and am a member at Oroheus now
