They never open their door and complain after he has no money, it's not with 1000 "quality" users that he will have regular donations... "quality" users do not need to give money to survive on a tracker
The always closed trackers are their own enemy, they are finishing by shutdown for lack of money xD
They are afraid for security that's why it does not open, but door open or not if the site is known by the authorities he will be shutdown ! we had a lot of examples in the past...Last edited by Ventham

It changes nothing to what i said... if APL or others wants donations, it's better way about how to get them
