Sunsetting rar/cbr Archives for Manga

Manga archived as .rar or .cbr is no longer allowed to be uploaded. For the next two months, we will accept trumps replacing rar/cbr manga archives with either of the two allowed archive formats (zip/cbz and 7z/cb7) from the original uploader of the rar/cbr torrent being replaced only. After two months is up, anybody will be able to trump any rar/cbr manga.
