随着本站会员基数的扩大，管理组的更新壮大是必不可少。OpenCD管理组诚邀志同道合之士共同创建一个良 好的音乐分享平台，现面向全体人员招聘管理组成员。具体内容如下：


一、招新职位：

具体包括：原抓员，发布员，保种员，论坛版主，一线客服


二、招募要求与待遇：

总则:乐于分享, 喜好音乐、PT, 热爱OpenCD, 能服从管理员的管理

OpenCD发布组 :
1、有丰富的无损音乐资源来源
2、每月至少发布20个种子

OpenCD原抓组:
1、有稳定的CD来源
2、有扫描仪
3、每月至少发布4个原抓种子

OpenCD保种组:
1、可用于保种的硬盘空间不低于300G
2、每月的总做种时间不低于4000天
3、网络要求上传速度不低于200KB/s

OpenCD论坛版主:
1、保持每月的发帖、回帖量
2、活跃论坛版块
3、处理版块内大小事务

具体职位:
① 教程区版主一名。
② 音乐咖啡厅版主两名；音乐设备区版主两名；音乐知识区版主两名。
③ 国际区版主一名。
④ PT交流区版主一名。
⑤ 音乐百科版主一名。
⑥ 一线客服两名。

待遇：
① 每月魔力值以及邀请。
② 退休后根据工作表现给予VIP或养老族待遇。
③ 其他内部福利。

Open.cd is growing and our userbase is becomming larger and larger. We need more staff to manage the site. We are planning to give the users a good Music Sharing Community. If you have some interest in helping us out, please read the following below:

一、Positions
Ripper, Uploader ,Forum Moderator , First Line Support


二、Requirement and Treatment
General Rules : Love sharing , Music in general and of course love Open.cd. It's important you are able to follow staff's directions


OpenCD Uploader
1. Have tons of music
2. Upload at least 20 torrents per month


OpenCD Ripper
1.Have CDs to upload
2.Have a scanner
3.Upload at least 4 of your own personal rips per month


OpenCD Forum Moderator
1. Active in forums
2. Keep forum active
3. Can deal with the forum stuff

We need two forum moderators for the International Section. We also need two helpers for First Line Support


Treatment:
1. Bonus and invite giveaway per month
2. Recieves VIP or Retiree after retire
3. Other wellfare
