tbh, I don't know what other trackers will do, it's their choice to take in more user or not.
When a tracker goes down, in order to build a bigger userbase and to get quality users, other trackers will open a chance for other people from that r.i.p. tracker to get in.
In this circumstance, NBL does not have good relations with other trackers which aren't run by Alastor and his friends.

They are not going to open anything. They are all run by a bunch of power tripping fuckers. Especially the cabal (PTP, BTN, AHD, HDB..) NBL was a good looking site. I'm dissappointed that he shut it down because of some clowns on r/trackers.
