VPN whitelisting will be required as of 1/1/23

If you are using a VPN or proxy to access Nebulance, please read this news post as it affects you.

UPDATE December 11th 2022: The forum post has been updated regarding the use of automation apps that login or otherwise access your account via a non-isp IP Address, PMs are also being automated to inform users of this change in the event you have not submit your staff pm requesting the IP or vpn service to be whitelisted.

UPDATE December 13th 2022: Users of Cyberghost VPN are not permitted to connect to Belgium until further notice for logistical reasons.

Over the last 8 years we've always been extremely liberal with how and from where we've allowed users to connect to our website and tracker in terms of proxy and VPN usage. We've maintained this policy for as long as we have to give our users an extra layer of anonymity and security. Unfortunately, this leniency has been to our own detriment and users acting in bad faith have taken advantage of our goodwill. With this in mind, we now find ourselves needing to adjust our policies going forward.
