We are happy to announce that we've rolled out a tracker update, allowing it to finally both track and hand out IPv6 addresses.

Clients with IPv6 connectivity will usually report the IPv6 address, even though our tracker is still running on IPv4 only (due to the security we use).

With this working, we now are showing connectable status for IPv4 and IPv6, including two icons if they aren't the same.

First icon is your IPv4 status, and the second is your IPv6 status. Examples would be:

/ (connectable on IPv4, but not on IPv6)
/ (not connectable on IPv4, but connectable on IPv6)

We've also added an alert, for when we detect a client that isn't using temporary (or private) IPv6 addresses, but instead SLAAC, which reveals the system's MAC address.

In these cases, you'll have a red notification about it, and a bit more information on the page it links to.
