the following two torrent clients:

Deluge/2.1.1 libtorrent/2.0.9.0 and Deluge/2.1.1 libtorrent/1.2.15.0 are currently blocked. Things are being checked. If there is a warning (not a warning!) because of the ban, please contact me. But we see that too and will correct it!
