Connection timed out

The initial connection between CloudFlare's network and the origin web server timed out. As a result, the web page can not be displayed.

the most strange thing that I'm having very bad upload speeds even when using fresh torrents with 10G seedbox
I don't know if this has to do with IPT recent down times or not

now it seems very unstable. Hopefully formulas & reactions are for good
