A day after Dil Raju urged the Cyber Crime police department to curb piracy (in the wake of MCA's release today), Madhura Sreedhar Reddy has called out the failure of producers in rooting out piracy and other menaces affecting the profitability of movies.

"Interestingly big producers fight against piracy one day before the release of their movies. It’s not an issue for them after release. I feel Telugu Film Producer Council is a total failure in solving major issues like Piracy, Theatre Rentals, Digital charges, censor process etc," he says on Twitter.

Small producers like him have always raised the issue. Someone saying explicitly that TFPC is a failure is a sad commentary. Will the things change for better at least in future?
