A 25-year-old man has been arrested for selling pirated copies of Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanju for the price of Rs 10-20. After the complaint filed by T-Series management, the Noida police the police investigated into the matter are arrested the accused from his shop.

Amid all the buzz for Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanju, a Noida based man was arrested on June 29 for selling pirated copies of Sanjay Dutt biopic just for Rs 10-20. The accused who has been identified as Sumit Kumar has been nabbed by police from Chotpur Colony, Noida Phase 3. The case was brought to light after the T-series management filed the complaint against the accused who has been the part of such activities on many occasions.

As reported by Jansatta, the police investigated into the matter are arrested the accused from his shop. Speaking to the publication, SHO of phase 3 Amit Kumar Singh said, "we conducted a raid on his shop and found pen drive, memory card along with the pirated soft copy of film Sanju. Apart from this we even found the hard disc, laptop and several other things from the shop. Sumit Kumar has been arrested and present before the court and is sent in judicial custody".

Sanjay Dutt's biopic has ser the cash box ringing and has already earned 34.75 crores at the box-office on the first day breaking the record of Salman Khan starrer Race-3 and according to the day 2 production, it is expected to cross 40 crores on day 2.

The most anticipated biopic of the year, however, was not able to evade the bug of piracy and the whole movie was leaked online soon after its release. Helmed by Rajkumar Hirani, the ace star cast of the Sanju includes Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Sonam Kapoor, Manisha Koirala, Paresh Rawal, Anushka Sharma and Dia Mirza and is being screened in more than approximately 5300 screens worldwide.
