Uploading Rules Update!


In categories SD and MicroHD will not uploaded poorer quality torrents or with imperceptible differences than those already uploaded on tracker [if is already on tracker].Watch thus increasing quality and decrease quantity for better dispersal of leecheers / seedeers and thus a longer torrents life .

* Categories HD and DVD shall remain on the same RULES as before .

* Independent encoders/releasers are NOT exempted from this rule ! They can upload their own release only if their version is superior to a torrent in the same category already uploaded on ICE.

* Are allowed other torrent in the same category SD- MicroHD for the same movie , if the new torrent is more significantly qualitative than the previous !
