CLEVELAND, Ohio -- For the past few weeks, hackers who initially leaked episodes of HBO shows "Ballers," "Room 104" and a low-quality version of a recent episode of "Game of Thrones," have plagued the premium cable network.

On Monday, August 14, the hackers released a third email to media outlets, including an expanded list of shows to be leaked.

The subject line says: HBO Leak, Third Wave, and the body includes links that appear to be episodes of nine HBO shows: "Arliss," "Ballers," "Barry," "Curb Your Enthusiasm," "Felipe," "Insecure," "Latino," "Room 104" and "The Deuce."

The message to media:

Hi to all!

This is the third wave of HBO 's Leak.

Enjoy it!

Mr. Smith

If history repeats itself, HBO may never be the same again. Winter Really is here.

HB-Old is dying ......

As time passes, more information becomes available regarding the extent of the hack, and what HBO is doing, or refuses to do, in its wake.

Conflicting reports are surfacing on whether HBO offered the hackers a $250G Bitcoin "goodwill payment."

Despite the leak of the "Game of Thrones" episode "The Spoils of War," it was the most-watched episode in the series to date.

Hacking various outlets within the entertainment industry is nothing new, but seems to be happening more frequently as of late. Alfred Ng of CNET recently posted an article on the growing popularity of cybercriminals.
