一.关于开展2014年HDWinG年中“考核”的通知

PT的宗旨或许应该是使用户能够更方便、更轻松、更快速地获取资源，而不是成为一种负担。
因此本次特殊考核仅旨在清理不活跃用户。
如给您带来不便，敬请谅解。
实施细则如下
1.考核对象： 2013年12月31日24:00前注册的非捐赠非工作组会员
2.考核截止时间：2014年6月30日24:00
3.考核方式： 考核以个人数据中的上传量和下载量之和为标准，截止日期后第二天对上传下载量之和排在末尾1638位内的会 员进行清理。当前倒数第1638名的上传下载量之和为 270 GB。
鉴于此数据会不断增长，官方每个周末将会在 此帖公布最新数据。

注意：
1.在考核截止日期前，建议积分较多的但面临清理危险的会员应及时使用积分换取流量。
2.Donor(有捐赠荣誉标志的会员)、VIP、uploader或更高等级用户均不参与以上的考核。
3.本次活动最终解释权归HDWinG。如本考核内容与现有其他规定冲突的，以本规定为准。
二.勋章发放

特对以下会员颁发勋章honor-mark以感谢他们对网站一直以来地支持。

再次向他们表示感谢。

三. 小组成员招募

HDWTV录制成员：有卫星锅或者高清机顶盒，带宽200KB/S以上。
DIY：对电影有热情，乐于分享，愿意学习。要求带宽500KB/S以上。
Helper：编辑种子工作，熟练使用网站编辑功能，有一定在线时间，对网站有归属感。
Encoder：HDWinG、HDWTV、iHD小组招募，要求不同，请见链接。
HDWinG字幕组：包括OCR和翻译，对字幕工作有一定了解，善于学习。
网站技术人员、美工：详见说明，请附具体经验。
申请地址(招募详情有一定错位，请以公告要求为准)：点我 小组成员享受特殊用户组别以及内部奖励。
对于无基础会员，我们有专人指导，拒绝酱油，拒绝学完就跑。


I . To notify that we are going to filter those inactive members soon.

We believe that the spirit of private tracker is to supply a better, faster, more convenient way to obtain resources, other than putting more burdens on our users' shoulder. Therefore, the only purpose of this "filtration" is to clean out inactive members. We apologize for any inconvenience. 1>. Scope of filtration: All members who have registered before 12:00 PM, Dec./31st/2013.
2>. End of filtration: 12:00 PM, June/30th/2014.
3>. Way of filtration: Total amount of the sum of upload and download is what we are focusing on, after this filtration, the last 1638 accounts of all members would be disabled. Till now, the total data of upload and download of the last person might be disabled is 270 GB. Considering that this watershed alters frequently, we will officially update of data announcement weekly in this post.

Notice

1.You might convert your bonus to a better data record when necessary.
2.Donors，VIPs，uploaders, encoders, or users with higher rank are excluded from this filtration.
3.The final interpretation to this activity belongs to HDWinG. Be informed that rules we made for this filtration has the highest priority, any conflict would be adjusted to tally with rules listed here.

Right?

Yes that's correct. They Rank the users on the total upload and download which they refer to as "Your total flow". Your Rank number next to your user ID indicates your position with 1 being the highest and 51800 the lowest (or what ever is the current Registered Member total). So if they are disabling the bottom 1638 then you need to keep your Rank less than 50,000 (50162 would be the cut off point).
