I don't know the story of CHD, but most well-known Chinese trackers will be set DOWN from 20th Apr until the end of Apr. This fact happens annually. Reason?, it's quite sensitive. No one wants to be caught UP on those days, of course they will not be DOWN all those days, but they will be DOWN for several days. Originally Posted by YusukeUramesh

lol, actually, there are several ones which aren't Chinese trackers, torviet for example
I just wondered about "NexusPHP trackers will be out" and thought Chinese trackers will use another project
