Has anyone figured out how to register their IP addresses yet? Is that what's being asked here?

I'm still lost. The best translation I can find for the detailed forum post is as follow:

Anyway i honestly have a really really really hard time trying to understand any of the chinese tracker announcements, even the most simple ones. But they are probably trying to do something like m-team does which is to limit download speeds to cover their inability to catch ratio cheaters

From what I can tell, follow the link they sent in the PM, and just post in the forum that it directs you to. Say something like I register my IP for the record, without mentioning your IP obviously. If you use more than one IP, a seedbox or more, and/or if your IP is dynamic, say so. Also mention your ISP's name. It also seems to ask users to inform staff if they're going to be accessing their accounts from other countries due to travel, relocating, etc.

That's what I can gather from the their PM and the other posts I saw within the thread. I never received a response from the staff to my PMs

Yeah and that, too. 50 MB/s limit, as well as something about not skipping the hash check (not fast resuming when cross-seeding?) - I dunno! No idea what "UT accidentally double users please record" means. Maybe don't share accounts? Or don't create dupe accounts?

Also, you guys should use http://fanyi.baidu.com/ for Chinese to English translations - way better than Google Translate.

Letting them know that you have a dinamic IP or that you use a seedbox or 2 plus limiting your speed as they require, that's not a problem. What i can't understand is if using a shared seedbox, like most of us do, could be a potential problem and a reason for having one's account banned, the same way like HdChina allowing only dedicated seedboxes.

Chinese trackers: Love their content, speeds & pre-times... Hate their rules

CHDBits went dedicated seedbox only, as for the info you need to add it to USERCP>Info. (atleast that's how it's done on CHDBits)

I guess that would be the correct & organized way to do it, but nothing in HDS' PM mentions the User CP section; it's just a thread where people post 'I register'. Weird!
