众所周知，HDR因安全原因采取发布超过半年的种子不提供下载的新规，我们于今天正式推出两项 新功能--‘请求重发’和‘快速重发’。

在资源列表页，1080P等级及以上会员可将不提供下载的资源加入请求重发页（导航栏上已新添入口），每人 每7天之内只能请求一次重发，系统会自动清理7天以上的重发请求。
所有保存该种子的会员，可一键快速重发，只需上传种子文件，其他所有相关信息将自动从老种子中 提取。
（仅保存资源欲重制种子进行重发的，不排除因客户端等原因造成新旧种子识别码有差异而不能使用一键重发，此 类可直接使用以前的普通上传方式）。

As we all know, HDR has new rule about not providing download torrents added longer than 180 days due to security reason. Today, we developped two new functions -- ‘Request Re-upload‘ And ‘Rapid Re-upload‘.
On torrents browse page, those whose user-class reach 1080P, can add an expired torrent into request page(which has a quick-link on the navigation bar), each user can only add 1 torrent to request page during 7 days, and system will automatically clean up requests added longer than 7 days.
If one preserves the request torrent, he can do 1-click rapid re-upload. All he needs to do is to submit the torrent file, system does all the other work automatically(such as extracting infos from old torrent).
(Those who do not have the old torrent, but the resource on their harddisk and want to remake a torrent, we cannot provide 100% guarantee that it would work, there may be differences betwwen new remade torrent and the old one, but one can still use ordinary upload function as well, not this re-upload function.)
