IF you did not already know when you receive an invite to HDME you have to fill out an application form and pass before you will be enabled and able to be active onsite .

If you have already got an acc or have had one before and got banned dont even bother trying to make another .

1. All new accounts are disabled by default.
2 the new user needs to follow the simple instructions and fill out the application at http://hdme.eu/questionaire.php , applications will be DENIED if not filled out in full or correctly.
3. once submitted a staff member will review the application.
NOTE: at this stage the applicant can simply wait until they receive their notification email or they can hop on the IRC invite channel #hdme-invite to get RT (Real Time) feedback
4. once the application form is properly reviewed and checked if everything is correct and as required the staff member will approve/deny as he/she sees appropriate, an email notification will be sent to the applicant with details if their application have been Denied or Approved (Staff do not need to explain their self's why the application was denied)
7. With approved applications the new user is automatically enabled and free to enjoy all that is HDME
8. there is a maximum of 3 applications before the user and their IP is permanently banned

Thanks man for this notification, I look at that application well I don't like it too much though...They ask for full screenshot of your tracker profiles with, username, traffic, ratio even an IP is included...My personal conclusion it could be very dangerous for everyone here to fill application like that...Maybe they are trusted and OK but caution is never bad...It is much better you don't have one tracker then lose all of good trackers you have...
This is just my opinion so If you like this tracker go for it and fill the application...

This application is not dangerous. It's actually quite typical of any other application you may encounter on your hunt for more trackers. Actually, it isn't even as intrusive as some other tracker applications I've personally come across and is IMO quite tame. Their questions about encoding and audio streams are a bit odd but I feel they're just there to get a feel for your knowledge of digital video file formats and have no bearing on whether your app were to be denied or not. My point is if you're a good user then you should have nothing to worry about. If not then you're going to have to find a work around, but if you've read this far I'm sure you already know that.

I believe your judgement...I am read long time a ago this application and anyway even PTN app is less intrusive than this one ... Like I said just my opinion everyone is free to fill...

the tracker is not htats good ... only have 9784 file on it , seeds between 2 - 7 only .
