Well, it could be I guess. But rumors or not, you can't really say anything concrete until it's time, and HDChina server time is GMT+8. The 'rumor' is open signups is on the 31st at 22:00, so we still have some time to wait before anyone can legitimately bitch about it not being true.

Yeah accept there's only 30 days in September so if it's open on the 31st then I think people have a long wait: )

I. celebrate National Day, HDChina open registration

To celebrate the 62 anniversary of the establishment of the motherland, HDChina will be at 0:00 on October 1 to October 3, open enrollment within 24 hours, and the station Freeleech 3 days. I wish our country a prosperous, but also hope that the members continue to support HDChina, we have been committed to bring you more resources and faster HD, I hope members here can have a better and more relaxed high-definition experience.

II.'s New assessment system to enable uniform

The open registration, site members to improve the overall quality and quality of all the new members will be subject to novice examination (including an open registration and membership invitation). Rules are as follows:

1 registered after 3 days (open registration) or 7 days (invitation registration) without any flow behavior within the account will be deleted.
2. registered 30 days after the final month assessment, the upload capacity of not less than 30G, no downloads Less than 30G, while seeding points not less than 4,000 points, or account will be deleted.

Note: There are signs of honorary membership donations, VIP, uploader or higher-level members are not involved in the above assessment.
