Rules update

Due to the recently increasing number of SeedBox user and their infraction, HDChina will update the SeedBox rules, for more details, please check Rules

Note:
1: The SeedBox rule will be enforced at 2018-11-16 23:59:59 (UTC+8)
2: If you're not a SeedBox user, please refer to This Post to File a complaint
3: If you been marked as SeedBox user due to using Proxies, VPNs, SS/SSRs, etc. We will not accept any complaint at the moment.
