IRC Network server changes

Dear HDC Users,

due to some stability issues with the hoster we decided to migrate the IRC network to new servers.
For you everything will stay the same.
Main address: irc.fastshit.net Port +6697 (SSL/TLS only)
In conjunction with that, the IRC server got new certificates.
All certificates are signed by the CA below.
