Single tv eps folderless, samples optional - 16/01/15

We would like to announce a small rule change with regard to uploading TV eps and samples: for all torrents, internal or otherwise, having a sample is now optional. Additionally, all individual TV eps have to be uploaded folderless! This is now also reflected in the updated rules. Have a nice day!
