About the solution to the problem that some members have recently responded that they cannot connect.

Recently, some members responded that they could not connect, prompting Could not connect to tracker or Skipping trakcer annouce (unreacheable), which is probably a DNS problem. The local DNS server has not been updated in time, which can be solved from this aspect.
