The news about the invites is old and out of date. But I cant understand the newest news.

I think now you can invite Egypt and Romanian people with the regular invites if you have the donor status. Earlier you had to acquire those invites by donation.

Well, the first announcement was that they opened for romania & egypt. That was later edited to say "donors with status" only. If I had to guess what the new announcement is talking about is that regular users are still inviting romanians & egyptians, and/or some users are still inviting them past the deadline.

What they want to highlight is that RO and EG users cannot be invited anymore. No matter what kind of donor you are. The period is over. They could have said this but they are too big-headed to do this.
