Reminder: Following Upload Rules and Testing Dumps
We would like to make a blanket announcement after welcoming new users to our community through applications and a sudden influx of games for newly added platforms, as well as the older ones, reminding users about their responsibilities as uploaders to GazelleGames.

All users must read, and more importantly understand, the Site Rules and Upload Rules
The upload rules below may appear overwhelmingly long and detailed at first glance. However, the length is for explaining the rules clearly and thoroughly. If you are still unsure of what a rule means before uploading something, PLEASE ask at any of the following forms of site user support: First-Line Support, The Help Forum, #GGn-Help on IRC. Privately message a staff member on the site if other support has directed you to a moderator for resolution or support has been unhelpful in your case.

All users are strongly encouraged to read, follow and understand the Uploading Guide
In this guide, the steps taken in uploading a torrent are described in detail and accompanied with helpful images. Almost all questions regarding issues in uploading can be answered by simple self-help in reading this guide.

It is the responsibility of the uploader to ensure that games they upload to GazelleGames under any platform category actually work. We have received many reports about issues with PlayStation Vita dumps, for example. These releases must be properly tested before uploading! This means going past the start menu at least to see if the game launches properly. These releases must be properly documented when uploading! This includes providing information on the tool used for dumping including version number, as well as the source of the upload. Make it clear if you have dumped a game yourself or if it was sourced from elsewhere on the internet, being careful not to advertise other trackers or warez sites. Improperly documented releases will be marked as trumpable. GazelleGames is set up to provide well documented releases. It is, however, up to the users to provide such information.
