<****> Biggest issue is that multiple people were on vacation/away when the issues started, so we didn't get to the bottom of it very quickly

<****> Which is unfortunate, but we can't just go like "Oh, the servers are down, so you need to stop your vacation and work on this today."

<****> In any case, we seem to be making decent progress in resolving things and I appreciate everyone's patience

Update: For those of you wondering what's going on, we have determined that a hard drive died in the server. We have got a new one installed now and are working on setting that drive back up. Not sure how long this will take but I think it is safe to assume that we will be back by early next week at the latest, but probably sometime this weekend.

We will need to restore from a backup. At worst we will lose about 24 hours worth of data (it may be less but I haven't checked yet).
