The fourth episode of HBO's Game of Thrones season seven, believed to have been stolen by hackers, has been released online.

The episode, titled The Spoils of War appears to be legitimate, complete, and in line with the previously released trailer and images, although low quality.

A download link to the file has been shared on Twitter, where some observers have claimed that, judging by the logo seen on the footage, it is an Indian television version that has been released.

Earlier this week, it was confirmed that a script for the episode had been leaked online following the HBO hack, along with unreleased episodes of Ballers and Room 104, two of the network's other other shows.

While the anonymous group threatened to release further material, it was not known, until now, whether this would include any unreleased episodes of Thrones.

“HBO recently experienced a cyber incident, which resulted in the compromise of proprietary information," a spokesperson for the company said at the time.

“We immediately began investigating the incident and are working with law enforcement and outside cybersecurity firms. Data protection is a top priority at HBO, and we take seriously our responsibility to protect the data we hold.”
